Job Summary
Our client is seeking a Net Zero Project Manager to lead our efforts in reducing carbon emissions and achieving net-zero targets. This role requires strong project management skills, knowledge of sustainability practices, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement net-zero strategies and action plans.
- Manage projects to reduce energy consumption, greenhouse gas emissions, and waste.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including facilities, operations, and sustainability teams.
- Identify and prioritize opportunities for energy efficiency and renewable energy.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress.
- Engage with stakeholders, including employees, customers, and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sustainability, energy management, or project management.
- Strong knowledge of net-zero principles, sustainability practices, and energy efficiency.
- Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) preferred.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
