Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Network & Security Administrator to support, deploy, and manage RAS Infotechs range of products for internal use as well as for customer Proof of Concepts (POCs) and partner enablement. The role involves network infrastructure management alongside implementation of cybersecurity and monitoring tools from our vendor portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain network devices (routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, Wi-Fi).
  
• Deploy and administer RAS Infotech vendor solutions such as:
  
• SolarWinds for network monitoring and performance management.
  
• WithSecure / F-Secure endpoint and email security solutions.
  
• Netwrix auditing, compliance, and data security solutions.
  
• GFI Software patch management, email security, and network tools.
  
• Acunetix / Invicti web vulnerability scanning tools.
  
• Conduct POCs and demos for partners/customers with RAS solutions.
  
• Monitor network and system performance using SolarWinds and similar tools.
  
• Implement network and endpoint security controls, ensuring compliance with best practices.
  
• Support internal IT infrastructure for secure connectivity, remote access, and performance.
  
• Work with sales and presales teams for partner training, enablement, and troubleshooting.
  
• Maintain proper documentation of deployments, configurations, and processes.
  
• Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity and networking technologies from RAS vendors.
  

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, Firewalls, IDS/IPS.
  
• Hands-on experience with SolarWinds (NPM, NCM, SAM, etc.).
  
• Good understanding of endpoint and network security tools (WithSecure, GFI, Fortinet, etc.).
  
• Experience with web vulnerability scanning tools (Acunetix, Invicti).
  
• Ability to conduct product demonstrations, training, and POCs.
  
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  
• Excellent communication and partner/customer engagement skills.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  
• 3 5 years experience in network and cybersecurity administration.
  
• Vendor certifications preferred: CCNA/CCNP, SolarWinds Certified Professional, GFI, WithSecure, Netwrix, or equivalent.
  
• Familiarity with UAE/GCC IT distribution/reseller market is a plus.
  
• Fluency in English; Arabic knowledge is an advantage.
