Network Administrator El Seif Operation and Maintenance

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Network Administrator to manage, secure, and optimize enterprise network infrastructure across head office, remote sites, and cloud environments. The role focuses on high availability, Zero Trust architecture, and secure connectivity aligned with ISO 27001 & NCA ECC standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage LAN/WAN, routing, switching, firewalls, and internet connectivity across KSA locations

• Administer Cisco Meraki environments ensuring performance, redundancy & uptime

• Monitor network using SolarWinds, FortiAnalyzer, Meraki Dashboard

• Implement Zero Trust security, network segmentation, VPNs, and firewall policies

• Support SASE solutions (ZTNA, SWG, CASB) for secure remote access

• Manage hybrid cloud connectivity (Azure, Microsoft 365, OCI)

• Coordinate telecom services (DIA, Fiber, 5G – STC) and remote site connectivity

• Handle incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis

• Maintain network documentation & compliance standards

Key Skills Required

• Networking: TCP/IP, VLANs, VPN, Routing & Switching

• Security: Zero Trust, Firewall, IPS/IDS, NAC, Secure Access

• Tools: SolarWinds, FortiAnalyzer, Meraki Dashboard

• Cloud: Azure, Microsoft 365 (Entra ID, Intune), Oracle Cloud (OCI)

• SASE Technologies: ZTNA, SWG, CASB

• Others: Network monitoring, performance tuning, telecom management

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s in IT / Computer Science or related field

• 6–9 years of enterprise network administration experience

Preferred Certifications

• Cisco CCNA / CCNP / Meraki (ECMS)

• Fortinet NSE (NSE4+)

• Azure / OCI certifications (preferred)

Soft Skills

• Strong troubleshooting & analytical skills

• Ability to handle critical incidents under pressure

• Good communication & vendor coordination
