Network Security & Risk Management: Leads the configuration, administration, and optimization of FortiGate firewalls, Cisco FTD, and Cisco security devices to ensure secure access control, threat prevention, regulatory compliance, and protection of organizational assets.

Enterprise Switching & Network Infrastructure: Manages and enhances Cisco Catalyst core and access switches, HP switches, and Cisco Meraki environments to deliver resilient, high-performance, and scalable network connectivity across all locations.

Wireless Network Services: Administers Cisco Wireless Controllers and Access Points to provide secure, reliable, and scalable wireless connectivity aligned with business availability requirements.

Routing & Core Network Services Governance: Oversees the configuration and operational integrity of VPNs, VLANs, routing protocols, DHCP, DNS, and NTP services to ensure stable, secure, and compliant network operations.

Unified Communications & Voice Infrastructure: Supports and maintains Cisco CUCM, Avaya platforms, and VoIP infrastructure to ensure high availability, service continuity, and optimal end-user communication experience.

Monitoring, Performance & Incident Management: Utilizes SolarWinds, PRTG, and other monitoring platforms to proactively monitor network performance, analyze trends, mitigate risks, and ensure timely resolution of incidents in line with service level expectations.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Coordinates with vendors and service providers to ensure effective issue resolution, contract compliance, and successful delivery of network and infrastructure projects.

Documentation, Compliance & Continuous Improvement: Maintains comprehensive network documentation, supports audit requirements, enforces adherence to internal policies and standards, and contributes to continuous infrastructure improvement initiatives.
