Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Main tasks
Accompany and assist field technicians through the management of incoming calls (hotline).
Organize and schedule customer appointments via outbound calls.
Carry out the qualification of files in the dedicated tools.
Manage customer complaints by offering quick and adapted solutions.
Desired profile
Proven experience in technical hotline or customer support
Basic technical knowledge of fiber connection (FTTH)
Ideally, a first experience in the field of telecommunications
Excellent oral communication in French
Ease in customer relations
Responsiveness, organizational skills, flexibility
Desired knowledge of operator tools (SFR)
Team player and ability to manage emergencies
