Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

*

Key Roles:

Support the RM to develop and implement account strategy for network clients, in alignment with overall Bank s appetite.

Assisting RM in managing the queue and expediting the funding of contracts.

Assisting RM in achieving sales targets in line with best practice standards of services.

Ensuring compliance with policies and regulations and adhering to service quality standards.

Assist RM in identifying new clients and in the analysis of existing client business to identify new business opportunities.

Assist RM in providing clients with comprehensive advisory services.

Assist RM in developing comprehensive customized financial plans based on client risk profiles.

Support the RM to ensure Geography Cross-Sell to optimize Bank s profitability and undertake a coordinative and supportive role in meeting the needs of Network Clients with operations within Arab Bank countries of presence.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education: BSc. In business/ finance/ economics/ accounting from a reputable university .

Experience: Up 2 years Corporate experience, in a leading Financial Institution.

Competences:

o Excellent command of English Language.

o Good interpersonal, negotiation, communication skills

o Proficient in Microsoft Office.

o Proven ability to work within a team.

o Basic understanding of the full range of banking products and services.

o Good understanding of lending practices.
