Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain the company s local and wide area networks (LAN/WAN) to ensure optimal performance and security.

Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolutions to minimize downtime.

Install, configure, and support network hardware and software, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.

Collaborate with IT and technical teams to support integration of new systems and technologies.

Conduct regular network assessments, vulnerability scans, and security audits to identify and mitigate risks.

Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, diagrams, and procedures.

Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and staff regarding network-related issues.

Assist in planning and executing network upgrades, expansions, and migrations.

Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards for network security and data protection.

Stay updated with emerging network technologies and recommend improvements to enhance infrastructure efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Strong knowledge of networking protocols, routing, switching, and TCP/IP.

Experience with firewalls, VPNs, and wireless networks.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
