Job Summary: The Network Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the network infrastructure specifically for IP Video Surveillance solutions, ensuring robust, scalable, and secure connectivity in compliance with MOI-SSD network requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement secure and efficient IP network architecture for large-scale video surveillance systems.
• Configure and manage network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
• Ensure network compliance with MOI-SSD network security and connectivity guidelines.
• Perform network segmentation, VLAN configuration, and QoS for optimal video streaming.
• Troubleshoot complex network issues related to IP camera connectivity, NVR/VMS communication, and overall system performance.
• Conduct network assessments, vulnerability testing, and performance optimization.
• Document network designs, configurations, and procedures.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager, Site Manager, and clients on network-related aspects of projects.
• Stay updated with the latest networking technologies and security best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or Network Engineering.
• Minimum 2-7 years of experience in network design, implementation, and administration, with a focus on security systems or mission-critical networks.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, routing protocols (OSPF, BGP), switching technologies, and network security.
• Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are highly desirable.
• Proven experience with network devices from leading vendors (Cisco, Dahua, Huawei, etc.).
• Specific experience in designing networks for IP CCTV systems is a must.
• Understanding of MOI-SSD network requirements for security systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
