Network Engineer / Network Operation Specialist VaporVM

We are looking for a skilled Network
Engineer / Network Operations Specialist to manage and support a
multi-vendor enterprise network environment. The role involves end-to-end
network management, proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization of
network performance across critical infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage
  and support network devices including routers, switches, firewalls, and
  load balancers
• Administer
  multi-vendor environments (HP, Cisco, Aruba, Fortinet, Brocade)
• Monitor
  network performance, availability, and capacity utilization
• Implement
  and manage bandwidth optimization and QoS policies
• Perform
  firmware upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management of network devices
• Troubleshoot
  network issues and perform root cause analysis (RCA)
• Configure
  and manage network monitoring tools and alerting systems
• Ensure
  high availability, reliability, and security of network infrastructure
• Maintain
  network documentation, diagrams, and operational procedures

Monitoring & Tools
Experience

• Experience
  working with enterprise monitoring platforms such as Dynatrace or similar
  tools
• Familiarity
  with open-source monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix, Nagios, Prometheus)
• Experience
  with SaaS-based monitoring and observability platforms is a plus

Technical Skills

• Strong
  hands-on experience with:
• • Routing
    & Switching (L2/L3, VLANs, STP, OSPF, BGP basics)
  • Firewall
    technologies (especially Fortinet/FortiGate)
  • Network
    security and segmentation
  • VPN
    technologies (IPSec, SSL VPN)
• Good
  understanding of:
• • Network
    performance tuning
  • Bandwidth
    management and QoS
  • High
    availability and redundancy design

  NSE certifications

  HP networking certifications
• ITIL
