Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2 support for escalated network incidents from L1 teams.
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Manage VLANs, WAN links, and SD-WAN deployments.
- Implement and monitor network security policies (firewalls, IPsec tunnels, VPNs).
- Conduct network performance analysis and optimize bandwidth usage.
- Document configurations, incidents, and resolutions; maintain updated network topology diagrams.
- Collaborate with L3 engineers on complex projects and escalations.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
2 5 years of experience in network support or engineering.
Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network+, Security+ preferred.
Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing protocols (OSPF, BGP).
Experience with network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Nagios, PRTG).

- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage escalations effectively.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across IT functions
