Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute innovative network marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition, focusing on measurable results.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of network marketers, fostering a culture of collaboration and success.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and adapt marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Manage and optimize marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI and achieve sales targets.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Demonstrates a minimum of 3 years of proven experience in network marketing or direct sales.

  • Holds relevant certifications in marketing or sales (e.g., Certified Marketing Professional).

  • Exhibits a strong understanding of the network marketing industry and its best practices.

  • IVF experience marketing exposure or medical representative experience specifically OBY Gene IVF targeted.
