Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Review and reevaluate the compliance of contracted Centers, including official documentation and signed agreements.
  • Identify and report non-compliance issues and update agreements when necessary.
  • Monitor the overall performance and proper functioning of the Network Centers.
  • Resolve operational issues reported by centers or internal teams.
  • Evaluate and validate purchase requests related to operations (biometric cards, claim forms, printed materials, IT equipment) according to the company s procurement procedures.
  • Support the closure of Audit Recommendations by providing required follow-up and documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • 2 years of experience in compliance or in a similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Fluency in French and English.
