Job Contents:

Responsible for the design, operation, and continuous improvement of OETC s enterprise network infrastructure across LAN, WAN, Data Center, Disaster Recovery, and OETC environment and ensures high availability, security, and performance of network services supporting business and grid operations. Leads complex incident resolution, network upgrades, DR/BCP readiness, and vendor technical oversight. Provides technical leadership, ensures compliance with IMS, cybersecurity, and ISO standards, and delivers expert advisory support to management.

Description:

• Ensure design, operation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of OETC s enterprise network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, DC, DR, OT connectivity) in line with approved standards and architectures.
• Maintain high availability, performance, and security of network services supporting business-critical operations.
• Lead resolution of complex network incidents, root cause analysis, and implementation of preventive measures.
• Plan, prepare scops and tendering for implementing network upgrades, expansions, and lifecycle replacements in coordination with IT Operations, Cybersecurity and asset inventory.
• Ensure network readiness and participation in DR/BCP drills, failover testing, and disaster recovery activities.
• Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentoring to network engineers and operational staff.
• Manage vendor activities, validate technical deliverables, and ensure compliance with contractual and technical requirements.
• Maintain accurate network documentation, diagrams, configurations, and standard operating procedures.
• Actively participate in network infrastructure enhancement projects, including preparation of technical inputs, evaluation, and support during the tendering process.
• Managing routing, switching, firewalls, network security, and redundancy technologies.
• Knowledge and Understanding of Asset Management, QHSE Management System and IT Security Standard Requirements according to Integrated Management System (IMS), ISO 55001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and ISO 27001 to carry out the assigned duties as per the roles and responsibilities matrix.
