Network Security Architect Starlink WLL

Architecture & Design

• Design, document, and maintain secure network and system architectures aligned with business objectives and security requirements.

• Develop and review network security blueprints, segmentation plans, and data flow diagrams.

• Integrate security controls into enterprise network infrastructure including firewalls, VPNs, WAF, and proxy systems.

Implementation & Configuration

• Lead the deployment and configuration of network security devices (e.g., firewalls, routers, switches, WAFs, load balancers).

• Oversee implementation of zero-trust network access, network access control (NAC), and micro-segmentation strategies.

• Coordinate with infrastructure and application teams to embed security into design and implementation phases.

Technology Evaluation & Innovation

• Assess new security technologies, tools, and methodologies relevant to network protection.

• Develop security architecture roadmaps and recommend investments to enhance the organization’s security posture.

Security Compliance, Mentoring & Collaboration

• Ensure network security architecture aligns with organizational policies, frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS), and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, PCI-DSS).

• Conduct regular network security assessments, gap analyses, and audits.

• Define and maintain network security standards and configuration baselines.

• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to network and security engineers.

• Collaborate closely with enterprise architects, DevOps teams, and cloud architects for integrated security solutions.
