Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Business Strategy
- Contribute to the development of the company s cybersecurity business strategy by providing deep technical insights and market intelligence.
- Identify new opportunities in the security market and recommend innovative solutions that support business growth.
- Stay updated on emerging security technologies, competitor offerings, and global best practices to guide strategic decision-making.
Business Planning
- Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and Leadership to define presales goals aligned with overall business objectives.
- Develop and maintain a clear technical engagement plan that supports sales targets and customer acquisition strategies.
- Recommend and prioritize security solutions and technologies based on customer needs, market trends, and revenue potential.
Driving performance
- Lead all presales technical activities including solution design, product presentations, demos, and Proof of Concepts (POCs).
- Ensure that proposed solutions are technically sound, cost-effective, and aligned with customer requirements.
- Enhance the sales cycle by addressing complex technical inquiries, validating solution feasibility, and strengthening customer trust.
- Conduct regular assessments of presales processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure high-quality delivery.
People Development
- Provide technical guidance and knowledge sharing to the sales team, helping them better understand security products and customer challenges.
- Support continuous learning by recommending relevant trainings, certifications, and technical updates.
- Promote a collaborative culture between sales and technical teams to ensure seamless customer engagement and solution delivery.
Desired Candidate Profile
Academic and professional qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
4 6 years of experience in Network Security Presales or similar technical roles.
Security Products Expertise:
Hands-on experience and strong technical understanding of:

Fortinet
Palo Alto Networks
Nozomi Networks
Thales
Proofpoint
Security Concepts:
Solid understanding of:
SD-WAN & SASE technologies
OT Network Security
Endpoint Security
Identity & Access Management
Database Protection
Encryption Management
Application Security
Advanced Threat Protection (ATP)
Desired Certifications (Preferred, not mandatory):
Fortinet NSE certifications
F5 Certified BIG-IP Administrator (F5-CA)
Palo Alto PCNSE
CISSP
Skills:
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for customers.
