Skilled Network and Security Systems Technician to join our dynamic IT team. This role plays a key part in ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of our network infrastructure, CCTV, access control systems, and cloud platforms supporting the business operations of one of the region s leading gold refineries. The position will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting IT systems, ensuring data integrity and cybersecurity compliance. The role also includes managing Microsoft 365 environments, endpoint security, and user support for network and system-related issues.Key br> br>Responsibilitiesbr> Monitor and analyze network performance, traffic, and security events.br> Configure and troubleshoot switches, firewalls, VLANs, VPNs, DHCP, DNS, and TCP/IP.br> Implement and maintain firewall security policies, NAT rules, and web filtering.br> Manage CCTV, NVR, IVMS, and access control systems to ensure surveillance and facility security.br> Configure and support Wi-Fi access points, PABX/IP telephony, and VoIP systems.br> Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, SharePoint Online, Teams, and Exchange Online.br> Provide desktop, laptop, and printer support across Windows 10/11 environments.br> Maintain network diagrams, credentials, and IT asset registers.br> Assist with cloud security monitoring, Intune device compliance, and policy enforcement.br> Ensure compliance with IT security frameworks and organizational policies.br>Qualifications & Competenciesbr> Diploma or Bachelor s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.br> 2 4 years experience in networking, cybersecurity, or IT systems administration.br> Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or Microsoft AZ-900 are advantageous.br> Strong knowledge of networking protocols, cybersecurity, and IT documentation.br> Excellent troubleshooting, multitasking, and reporting abilities.br> br>What We Offer:br> Competitive salary and work-life balance.br> Opportunity to grow within a leading luxury precious metals brand.br> Strategic and creative ownership over insights and market intelligence.br> Collaborative, high-visibility environment.
