Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Installation and Configuration, for all kind of networking devices and appliances.
- Debugging, problem solving and escalation of critical problems.
- Customer support.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Engineering or any related technical major.
- 0 2 years of experience in IT networking
- Routing and Switching experience in HPE, HPE Aruba, Cisco, Extreme Networks.
- Security experience in Firewalls (Fortinet).
- VOIP (Cisco, Avaya) is a plus.
- Professional technical certifications in HPE Aruba, Cisco or Fortinet is a plus.
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Good in English, French and Arabic.
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Computer Engineering or any related technical major.
0 2 years of experience in IT networking
Routing and Switching experience in HPE, HPE Aruba, Cisco, Extreme Networks.
