Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi infrastructure

  • Configure and support routers, switches, and firewalls

  • Troubleshoot network connectivity and infrastructure-related issues

  • Perform routine network maintenance and system upgrades

  • Ensure network security and adherence to organizational policies

  • Support end users with network and connectivity issues

  • Maintain documentation for network configurations and incidents

  • Coordinate with vendors and internal technical teams when required

  • Monitor network performance and ensure high system availability

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or related field

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in network support or infrastructure support roles

  • Strong understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLANs

  • Hands-on experience with network hardware and troubleshooting

  • Familiarity with firewalls and network security practices

  • Certifications such as CCNA or CEH will be an added advantage

  • Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

  • Omani male candidates preferred for the role
