Network Support & Infrastructure Engineer (2 Positions) Role Summary We are looking for two dedicated professionals to support and maintain network infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security across enterprise environments. The role involves hands-on troubleshooting, monitoring, and coordination with internal teams for smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities Monitor and maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs Handle L1/L2 network support issues, including troubleshooting connectivity and performance problems Assist in network configuration, upgrades, and patching activities Manage and track incidents, service requests, and escalations Coordinate with internal teams for infrastructure changes and deployments Perform basic security checks and ensure compliance with defined policies Maintain proper documentation of network configurations and incidents Ensure timely resolution within defined SLAs

Required Skills Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) Knowledge of routing & switching concepts Basic experience with firewalls and VPN technologies Familiarity with network monitoring tools Good troubleshooting and analytical skills Strong communication and coordination abilities
