Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develops, maintains, and enhances the company s network architecture.
Manages infrastructure administration (firewall, VPN, telephony, storage, email, antivirus, etc.).
Implements and maintains authentication services, user accounts, and access rights.
Installs and upgrades hardware and software components of IT systems.
Ensures availability, integrity, and confidentiality of company data.
Identifies, diagnoses, and resolves IT incidents and malfunctions.
Prepares and updates operational and administrative documentation for networks and systems, while ensuring ongoing technology watch.
Ensures data security, backup, and restoration of stored information.
Provides user support on deployed IT tools.
Assists teams in selecting and implementing technical solutions.
Performs any other task required within the scope of the role.
Skills required:
- Strong knowledge of operating systems, communication protocols, administration tools, auditing, and system analysis.
- General knowledge of IT security procedures.
Desired Candidate Profile
Master s degree (Bac +5) or equivalent diploma in Networks and Systems.
Fluent in Arabic; French and English
