Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls, access points)

• Perform onsite troubleshooting of network issues (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi connectivity)

• Monitor network performance and ensure optimal uptime

• Support end-users with connectivity-related issues (wired and wireless)

• Handle cabling, patching, and rack management in data centers or office environments

• Coordinate with remote IT teams, vendors, and service providers

• Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and patching of network devices

• Ensure compliance with security policies and network standards

• Maintain documentation of network configurations, diagrams, and incidents

• Support IT audits and provide necessary reports

• Participate in incident response and root cause analysis

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma/bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field

• 2–5 years of experience in network support or similar role

• Strong knowledge of:

• TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP

• LAN/WAN technologies

• Wi-Fi technologies and troubleshooting

• Hands-on experience with networking devices (Cisco, HP, Juniper, etc.)

• Basic knowledge of firewalls and network security

• Familiarity with network monitoring tools

• Good troubleshooting and analytical skills

• Strong communication and customer service skills
