Roles & Responsibilities

Qualifications :
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications Engineering or Computer Science
  • Not less than 10 Years of Experience in implementing networks projects
  • Excellent skills of IP networks support & troubleshooting
  • CCNP certificate is a must - CCIE certificate is preferred
  • Awareness of networks field, including but not limited to (R&S, Wireless, IP Telephony, Network Security, )
  • Strong Leadership skills for Managing and mentoring Network team staff.
  • Ability to educate and develop team members
  • Delegating networking maintenance tasks to team staff.
  • Dealing with escalated network support issues.
  • Drawing up network status reports.
  • High level problem-solving and communication skills
