Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Promote and sell Orthomedics medical products to healthcare professionals within an assigned territory.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare providers.
Conduct product presentations and training sessions to educate clients on product features and benefits.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives as set by management.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
Organize and participate in medical conferences, workshops, and promotional events.
Provide timely and accurate reports on sales activities, market conditions, and customer needs.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards in the promotion of medical products.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service and support.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Orthomedics product portfolio and the latest developments in the medical field.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Life Sciences, or a related field.
0-3 years of experience in medical sales, pharmaceutical sales, or a related healthcare field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and work independently.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Ability to quickly learn and effectively communicate complex product information.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Valid driver s license and reliable transportation.
