Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage the complete sales cycle from proposal stage through project execution and final handover to the customer.
Initiate customer engagement, negotiate new contracts, and ensure all documentation complies with company commercial policies and procedures.
Achieve assigned sales targets in line with business objectives and internal guidelines.
Work closely with the installation team into ensure smooth and timely project delivery.
Address customer concerns and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, consultants, developers, and other key industry stakeholders to promote products and secure future opportunities.
Drive customer acquisition while strengthening long-term client relationships and loyalty.
Manage collections in accordance with contractual payment terms for each project.

Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
2 to 3 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within a technical or related industry.
Valid UAE driving license is required.
Familiarity with and experience working within Abu Dhabi market/areas is preferred.
