Call out existing base of customers to sell additional facilities on credit card such as Balance Transfer, Loan on Phone and Easy Payment Plans |
|
|
|
Activate customers in different inactivity buckets with an appropriate offer |
|
|
|
Cross-sell other products to existing portfolio
|
|
|
|
Upgrade customers based on their segment and profile |
|
|
|
Offer spend campaigns to customers to drive credit card spends |
|
|
|
Support and engage customer in various stages of their credit card lifecycle |
|
|
|
Handle customer enquiries |
|
|
|
| Desired Candidate Profile |
|
|
|
|
Minimum 1 - 3 years experience in telesales preferably in Banking, Financial or Insurance industry |
|
|
|
High level understanding of credit card products to answer customer queries
|
|
|
|
Basic MS Office skills |
|
|
|
Ability to engage with customers over call and maintain relationships to sustain business and avoid attrition |
|
|
|
Excellent tele calling skills and ability to follow up diligently to close potential sales |
|
|
|
Open to candidates on visit visa |
|
|
|
Graduate in any discipline |
|
|
|
