Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Your Missions:
- Verification of prices charged to residents in relation to contracts
- Ensure the proper application of contractual conditions
- Verification of arrivals against vouchers or reservations
- Verify and check the cash register reports and invoices for each point of sale.
- Verification of the conformity of invoice posting
- Check today's offers, discounts and deductions
- Check for no-shows and ensure that the cancellation has been received by the hotel and made according to the contractual conditions.
- Prepare the billing control reports
- Checking the credit limit of resident customers
- Prepare the editions before and after closing
- Verification and reconciliation of turnover figures
- Perform all necessary reconciliations
- Ensure that shift banking operations are thoroughly checked and that proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Ensure the security of cash funds and ensure that cash handling procedures are strictly followed.
- Address any objections and/or remarks from the client
- Prepare the report of activities and any incidents that occurred during the night
Hygiene / Personal safety / Environment
- Keeps his workplace clean
- Apply the hotel's security rules (fire, night patrol, closing of access points).
- Respect the commitments of the Environmental Charter made at the establishment (energy saving, recycling, waste sorting, etc.)
Desired Candidate Profile
Education / Professional Experience
- Graduate diploma in accounting and/or hospitality and/or management and/or any person motivated by this sector of activity regardless of their initial training after validation of their skills and motivations.
- Mastery of French and professional English
- Excellent interpersonal skills, a welcoming and service-oriented approach,
- Listening and anticipation skills
- Good presentation, good diction,
