Roles & Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Check the accuracy of guest accounts and postings.
- Balance all revenue and expense accounts.
- Prepare daily reports of business activities and submit to the management.
- Handling of guest complaints and inquiries.
- Performing all check-in and check-out related tasks.
- Handling of cash and credit card transactions.
- Handling of guest requests and providing assistance.
- Maintain the front office and ensure smooth operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
