Night / Income Auditor

Key Responsibilities

• Audit and balance all revenue from the day (rooms, food & beverage, spa, etc.).
• Review and verify that all charges are correctly posted.
• Reconcile discrepancies in financial transactions.
• Close the business day in the Property Management System (PMS).

2. Reporting and Documentation

• Prepare daily financial and occupancy reports for hotel management.
• Generate revenue and cash summary reports.
• Compile audit data into spreadsheets or accounting systems.

3. Front Desk Operations

• Handle late-night check-ins and early check-outs.
• Assist guests with inquiries, bookings, wake-up calls, and requests.
• Process payments, refunds, and print invoices or receipts.

4. Security and Guest Safety

• Monitor the property during the night for safety and security.
• Report any suspicious activity or maintenance issues.
• Ensure emergency procedures are followed if needed.

5. Operational Support

• Ensure lobby and public areas remain clean and orderly.
• Communicate with housekeeping or maintenance for urgent overnight needs.
• Prepare the front desk for the morning shift (e.g., set up reports, stock supplies).

6. Cash and Payment Handling

• Count and reconcile the cash drawer.
• Prepare deposit slips and secure funds in the safe.
• Ensure all credit card, cash, and folio transactions are accurate
