Position Objective:

Design and implement cutting-edge NLP and Large Language Model (LLM) solutions for clients, with a strong focus on prompt engineering, text classification, summarization, language modeling, and the development of robust AI-driven applications.

Job Description & Responsibilities:

• Fine-tune, train, and optimize transformer-based models (e.g., BERT, GPT) for domain-specific tasks.
• Design effective prompts and optimize model responses through iterative prompt engineering techniques.
• Contribute to the development of semantic search, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, and chatbot workflows.
• Evaluate the performance of NLP models using relevant metrics such as BLEU, ROUGE, perplexity, and accuracy.
• Collaborate with AI, MLOps, Data Engineering, and Application Development teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of NLP solutions.
• Work with vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone) and frameworks like LangChain for advanced LLM orchestration.
• Maintain high availability and performance of NLP pipelines in production environments, particularly on platforms like OpenShift AI.
• Participate in prototyping, deployment, testing, and iteration of AI/NLP products to meet business and user needs.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum of 6 to 8 years of hands-on experience in NLP, text analytics, or working with LLMs.
• Master s degree in Computational Linguistics, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Strong experience with NLP libraries such as Hugging Face Transformers, spaCy, and NLTK.
• Familiarity with vector databases and orchestration tools like LangChain is an added advantage.
• Experience with AI deployment and monitoring tools, especially within OpenShift AI environments.
• Solid understanding of foundational NLP concepts such as tokenization, embeddings, attention mechanisms, and evaluation techniques.
