Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Previous INOC experience • Previous Network monitoring, troubleshooting, network operational experience • Knowledge of network switches, Routers, Firewall, DWDM, Fiber, Voice and Wireless networks and Equipment. • Experienced using typical office PC applications. • Experience of ITSM or such trouble ticketing management / updating. • Knowledge of IP shall be added advantage • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills • Ensure continuous operation of the Network Services as per agreed SLA. • Monitors network traffic including infrastructure performance to ensure high quality connectivity. • Generate and submit the calls/trouble tickets reports to Superintendent. • Provide other support Services time to time as instructed by the Operations Team Leader and Company’s Superintendent.

Desired Candidate Profile

The following Professional Certification is mandatory and should be met: Network A+, Associate Level Certification from any Major Networking Vendors like Cisco/Huawei/HPE, etc., Other requirements: • Good knowledge and expertise in Routing Protocols and Switching Technologies. • Strong network diagnostic skills. • Experience on Event Monitoring and other auditing. • Ability to effectively communicate with strong written and oral communication skills.
