Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate NOC applications with relevant authorities
Prepare and submit required documents and drawings for approvals
Track and follow up on submissions to ensure timely progress
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and authorities for design approvals
Review drawings to identify utility conflicts and ensure compliance
Address authority comments and manage revisions
Maintain accurate records of all NOC-related submissions
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
4–8 years of experience in Dubai infrastructure/road projects
Strong understanding of NOC processes and authority coordination in Dubai
Familiarity with utility services (water, sewer, power, telecom, etc.)
Proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant submission portals
Strong communication and coordination skills
