Desired Candidate Profile

• Strong knowledge of obtaining NOCs from various authorities such as municipalities, utility providers, civil defense, telecom authorities, and other regulatory bodies based on project requirements and timelines.

• Ability to prepare, compile, and review all necessary documents, drawings, and supporting materials required for NOC submissions.

• Thorough understanding of authority regulations, submission procedures, and compliance requirements.

• Experienced in submitting NOC applications through online portals and manual submission processes where applicable.

• Proactive approach in conducting regular follow-ups with authorities to track application progress and secure timely approvals.

• Skilled in maintaining accurate records of NOC submissions, approvals, renewals, and expiry dates.

• Capable of ensuring timely renewal of NOCs to prevent project delays, penalties, or compliance issues.

• Strong coordination skills with internal departments including design, planning, MEP, and site teams for required inputs and clarifications.

• Effective communication and liaison skills to coordinate with consultants and authorities for resolving comments, queries, and approval-related issues.

• Committed to maintaining strict adherence to authority regulations, submission standards, and company procedures.

• Highly accountable with the ability to take ownership of NOC-related activities, ensuring timely submissions, renewals, and compliance at all stages.
