Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues in real-time to ensure optimal uptime and reliability.
- Respond to alerts and incidents, conducting root cause analysis to prevent future occurrences and improve system resilience.
- Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, incidents, and resolutions for future reference and compliance.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement changes and upgrades in network infrastructure with minimal disruption.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred for foundational knowledge.
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent demonstrate commitment to professional development.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a Network Operations Center or similar role, showcasing proven troubleshooting skills.
- Experience in working with large-scale networks, including experience with routers, switches, and firewalls, is essential.
