Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Proactively monitor network performance and identify potential issues, ensuring seamless service delivery for our clients.
  • Coordinate and manage interface configurations, troubleshooting connectivity problems to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency.
  • Escalate critical network incidents to the appropriate teams, providing clear and concise information to facilitate swift resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and service providers, to resolve network-related issues.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Holds relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent, demonstrating a strong understanding of networking principles.

  • Has a minimum of 8 years of experience in a Network Operations Center (NOC) or similar role within the IT industry.

  • Demonstrates proficiency in network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios, PRTG) and network troubleshooting techniques.


Candidates must have relevant experience in Pipeline, EPC, Oil & Gas, Flowline, Brownfield, Upstream Facilities, or Wellhead projects. Preference will be given to candidates with prior Gulf experience, especially those who have worked on ADNOC projects. ✅ Clean Shave facial policy is applicable ❌ Candidates with Metro Line, Building Line, or Road Infrastructure experience are NOT eligible No Building construction experience except for road safety coordinators
