Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Proactively monitor network performance and identify potential issues, ensuring seamless service delivery for our clients.
- Coordinate and manage interface configurations, troubleshooting connectivity problems to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency.
- Escalate critical network incidents to the appropriate teams, providing clear and concise information to facilitate swift resolution.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and service providers, to resolve network-related issues.
Desired Candidate Profile
Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Holds relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent, demonstrating a strong understanding of networking principles.
Has a minimum of 8 years of experience in a Network Operations Center (NOC) or similar role within the IT industry.
Demonstrates proficiency in network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios, PRTG) and network troubleshooting techniques.
Candidates must have relevant experience in Pipeline, EPC, Oil & Gas, Flowline, Brownfield, Upstream Facilities, or Wellhead projects. Preference will be given to candidates with prior Gulf experience, especially those who have worked on ADNOC projects. ✅ Clean Shave facial policy is applicable ❌ Candidates with Metro Line, Building Line, or Road Infrastructure experience are NOT eligible No Building construction experience except for road safety coordinators
