NOC Supervisor Traffic Tech

We are looking for an experienced NOC Supervisor to oversee the Network Operations Center (NOC) team. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth operation, monitoring, and management of network and control systems, while coordinating incident response and maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the NOC team.

• Monitor network, SCADA, and control systems to ensure continuous uptime.

• Coordinate incident management, troubleshooting, and escalation processes.

• Review and analyze system alerts, logs, and performance metrics.

• Maintain documentation of incidents, changes, and operational procedures.

• Support preventive maintenance and system upgrades.

• Train, guide, and mentor NOC team members.

• Ensure compliance with safety, operational, and company policies.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, Electrical, or related field.

• 5+ years of experience in NOC or network operations, preferably in CSS, SCADA, or industrial control systems.

• Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN networks, TCP/IP, routing, switching, and network monitoring tools.

• Experience in incident management, troubleshooting, and escalation.

• Leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively.
