Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Inspect/test aircraft component parts using nondestructive testing equipment and techniques. Inspection/testing methods include visual or optical, liquid penetrant, magnetic particle, eddy current, ultrasonic, radiographic, and spectrometric oil analysis.

2. Processes exposed X-ray film for viewing.

3. Use technical publications in skill area and practice safety and fire precautions around aircraft and work center.

4. Support on-the-job training and cross training of Kuwait Air Force personnel.
