Customer Support Specialist Fintech/Crypto (Wave 1 Launch)
Location: Skywalk, El Sheikh Zayed
Shifts: rotational
Support Channels: Chat & Email only
Transportation: Provided
English Level Required: C1 Speakers

We re hiring Customer Support Specialists to join the launch team (Wave 1) for a global fintech/cryptocurrency client.

This is a great opportunity to start your career in tech no previous experience is required. Full training will be provided!

You ll handle customer inquiries through chat and email, helping users navigate the platform, resolve issues, and get the support they need. No phone calls involved.

Desired Candidate Profile

English Level C1
Good communication skills and a positive attitude
Willingness to work in rotational shifts (Night and Overnight shifts)
Interest in fintech or crypto is a plus
Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
