Oversee daily operations
Lead kitchen, sandwich line & cashier teams
Scheduling + attendance
Ensure standards, hygiene & portioning
Inventory follow-up
Handle complaints & cash reconciliation
Report daily to Operations Manager
Requirements:
2+ years supervisory experience
Leadership & communication skills
POS knowledge
Can multitask & work under pressure
Preferably from Mansourieh/nearby
