Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

This role is key to supporting Assystem s growth in the Middle East and Central Asia. You will lead nuclear offers and bids to support new LNPP programmes. You will deliver projects as part of our consulting and Owner Engineer missions.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading the preparation and delivery of bids in line with Assystem s bid process.

  • Acting as the main customer contact for bids and projects under responsibility.

  • Managing delivery teams and overseeing project performance and results.

  • Establishing and maintaining a strong culture of safety across all activities.

  • Ensuring project Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental compliance.

  • Supervising project management activities on behalf of the Owner.

  • Supporting the development of Owner Integrated Management Systems and PMOs.

  • Reviewing vendors offers, licensing, and design documentation for nuclear projects.

Desired Candidate Profile

Essential skills:

  • Master s degree (or equivalent) in engineering.

  • Extensive experience in nuclear project or programme management.

  • Direct experience with LNPP construction projects.

  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.

  • Proven negotiation and client relationship skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication.

  • Demonstrated commitment to safety culture.

Desired skills:

  • Previous experience in Owner Engineer or consultant roles.

  • Knowledge of contract and procurement management.

  • Experience in multinational and multicultural environments.

  • Understanding of regulatory and licensing processes.
