Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the lead teacher to plan and deliver engaging English language lessons aligned with the EYFS curriculum.
- Support the social, emotional, and cognitive development of children aged 6 months to 4 years in a nurturing classroom environment.
- Assist in creating and maintaining a safe, clean, and stimulating learning space.
- Observe, assess, and document children s progress, sharing insights with the teaching team and parents as needed.
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, ensuring open and effective communication.
- Encourage children s curiosity and participation through interactive storytelling, songs, and play-based activities.
- Support the implementation of individualized learning plans for children with diverse needs and backgrounds.
- Assist with classroom management, transitions, and daily routines to ensure a smooth and organized environment.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with co-teachers and staff members.
- Demonstrated patience, empathy, and a nurturing attitude toward children.
- Organizational skills to manage classroom activities and maintain records.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of children and the classroom.
- Professionalism and reliability in attendance and conduct.
