Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Minimum 4+ years of proven experience in nursery or early childhood education management Previous work experience in the UAE (mandatory) Holds a recognized qualification in Education / Early Childhood Education Prior management experience in nurseries within the UAE Age below 41 years Excellent command of the English language (spoken and written) Strong knowledge of ADEK regulations, standards, and compliance requirements Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Ability to manage staff and deal professionally with parents Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily nursery operations Ensure full compliance with ADEK policies and standards Manage and support teaching and administrative staff Maintain high educational and safety standards Communicate effectively with parents and senior management
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field is essential for a solid foundation in child development.
- At least 5 years of experience in early childhood education, with 2 years in a managerial role to demonstrate leadership capabilities.
- Certification in First Aid and CPR is a must to ensure the safety of children in emergencies.
- Strong understanding of child development theories and practices, equipping you to create effective educational programs.
