NOW HIRING: Nursery Manager

Location: Abu Dhabi – Redwoods Nursery Noya (Part of Kids First Group)

Start Date: Immediate

Redwoods Nursery Noya (Part of Kids First Group), Kids First Group (KFG) is the leading provider of premium early years education and childcare across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Doha. Founded in 2011, we operate over 30 nursery schools, each distinguished by its own exclusive curriculum and pedagogical approach. Our group offers families a choice of specialized early years education — including the British EYFS, Montessori Method, and Reggio Emilia Approach, among others.

At Redwoods Nursery Noya, we believe in fostering a supportive, well-structured environment for both staff and children, ensuring operational excellence alongside high-quality early years education.

An ideal candidate will have the following:

Qualification:

· Cache Level 5, or University Degree in Early Years Education.

Experience:

. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in nursery management.

· Excellent leadership and English communication skills.

Roles and Responsibilities include:

. Health and Safety

. Overseeing Curriculum Planning along with the Academic Manager.

. Report writing, staff training, meeting set targets .

. Ensuring the nursery is well maintained.

· Passionate and committed.

· Strong academic background, work ethic, well-organized having excellent interpersonal skills.

· Must have excellent communications skills, both verbal and written.

· Excellent communicators who can ignite a passion for learning in our students.

· Able to make a significant contribution to our extra-curricular activities.

· To be a good communicator at all levels.

· Teamwork and collaboration.

· Be committed to developing positive relationships with all members at the nursery.

· Liaising with colleagues and working flexibly.

· A creative and enthusiastic approach both in and out of the nursery classroom.

· Working with parents to ensure the happiness and best academic outcomes for all children.
