Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the nursery, ensuring a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for children.
  • Develop and implement high-quality early childhood education programs aligned with national standards and best practices.
  • Manage and mentor a team of nursery staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work atmosphere.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements, including child protection policies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with parents and guardians, facilitating open communication and engagement.
  • Manage the nursery budget effectively, including financial planning, resource allocation, and fee collection.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possession of a relevant degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
  • Holding a valid First Aid certification and relevant child protection training.
  • Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development and implementation for early years.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and financial resources effectively.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (spoken and written).
