Nursery Teacher cum Nanny Streit Group FZ - LLC

These vacancies shown below are being hired on behalf of the Chairman of the company, an Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individual (UHNWI) of Russian background. The household consists of 2 adults and 1 child (2+1) and additional staff members. All selected candidates will be required to work in a fully staffed, high-standard private residence and must demonstrate exceptional professionalism, discretion, and prior experience in similar VIP or VVIP households.

• Design and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and engaging activities to foster children's cognitive, social, and emotional development, ensuring a stimulating learning environment.
• Provide attentive care, including feeding, diapering, and ensuring children's safety and well-being, creating a nurturing and secure atmosphere.
• Supervise and guide children during playtime, educational activities, and outdoor adventures, promoting their physical development and exploration.
• Communicate effectively with parents, providing regular updates on their child's progress, behavior, and any concerns, fostering a collaborative partnership.
• Observe and assess children's individual needs and development, tailoring activities and support to meet their specific requirements.
• Encourage children's independence, self-help skills, and positive social interactions, cultivating their confidence and self-esteem.
• Plan and execute creative arts and crafts projects, music sessions, and storytelling to stimulate children's imagination and creativity.
