Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated female Nursery Teacher with Cache Level 3 to join our team in Al Ain. The ideal candidate will be of Filipino nationality, holding a B.Ed. in Early Childhood Education, and possess a strong desire to support young children's growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate learning activities and lessons that align with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) or equivalent curriculum, promoting child development in all key areas (cognitive, social, emotional, physical).
• Monitor and assess the developmental progress of each child, tailoring your approach to meet the individual needs of children in your care.
• Maintain a positive and organized classroom environment, ensuring the safety and well-being of all children. Foster positive behavior and encourage cooperative play.
• Establish open, regular communication with parents, providing updates on children's progress, challenges, and achievements. Organize parent meetings and events.
• Conduct regular observations of children's progress and maintain detailed records for individual development. Prepare reports for parents and management as required.
• Ensure all health and safety protocols are followed, including maintaining a clean and safe environment and promoting good hygiene practices.
• Work closely with fellow teachers and nursery staff, sharing ideas and best practices to enhance the overall educational experience for children.
• Uphold the nursery s safeguarding policies and procedures, ensuring the safety and protection of every child in your care.
• Engage in continuous professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date with the latest trends in early childhood education.
