Provide ongoing training for nurses, including onboarding, skills refreshers and competency assessments.

Create lesson plans, manuals and simulation scenarios to improve nursing knowledge and patient care techniques.

Assess staff learning outcomes and provide feedback to support professional growth and compliance with standards.

Ensure nursing education programs meet national and international regulatory standards.

Guide staff in applying clinical best practices and act as a mentor in complex patient care situations.

Work with department heads and HR to identify training needs and implement continuous learning initiatives.
