Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee and optimize daily nursing operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient patient care delivery.
  • Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures, staying compliant with healthcare regulations and best practices.
  • Manage and mentor nursing staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment for professional growth.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, providing constructive feedback and identifying opportunities for staff development.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent, demonstrating a strong educational foundation.
  • Holds a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license, ensuring legal and ethical compliance.
  • Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), showcasing life-saving skills.
  • Has a minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical nursing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role, proving managerial expertise.
