Lead and manage the nursing team across all units (ER, ICU, OR, inpatient wards, outpatient clinics).

Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and standards of care.

Ensure compliance with MOH regulations and accreditation standards (GAHAR or equivalent).

Plan nursing manpower, prepare duty rosters, and maintain safe staffing levels 24/7.

Monitor nursing quality indicators (falls, pressure injuries, medication errors, HAIs, etc.) and drive improvement plans.

Oversee recruitment, performance evaluation, and development of nursing staff in coordination with HR.

Coordinate with physicians, medical director, and other departments to ensure smooth patient flow and high-quality care.

Support implementation and proper use of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and hospital information systems.
