Roles & Responsibilities
The King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Center (KFSH&RC) is a modern, 1,300+ bed Joint Commission International (JCI)-accredited academic medical facility located in Riyadh , the vibrant capital city of Saudi Arabia
The Nursing Program Director - Critical Care is responsible for:
- Surgical Oncology ICU (L9), 28 beds
- MICU-C, 12 beds
- Adult CSICU, 10 beds
- Pediatric CSICU, 13 beds
- Cardiovascular Stepdown Unit (CVSD), 7 Pediatric beds and 5 Adult beds
- PICU, 20 beds
Requirements:
- Must hold a Master's Degree in Nursing or Related
- Must hold a Bachelor's degree in Nursing (online degrees are not accepted)
- Current nursing (RN) license
- Must have a minimum of eight years nursing experience, including three years current experience in a senior/executive level leadership role (e.g., Director/Program Director) in the relevant area, working in a large tertiary-care hospital
Desired Candidate Profile
